The world has seen the price of food and fuel rise to new heights. Our solution is to commercialize two new agricultural products that will provide a cheaper alternative. With our algal oil and algal meal, we produce more food and fuel on a single hectare than any other traditional crop. Our focus it to oversee the development, construction, and operations of algal growth farms and lipid extraction facilities domestically and abroad.

We are positioned to complete a 250-hectare algae farm and facility in Louisiana by the end of 2008. Furthermore, we have initiated development on an additional 1,000-hectares in Louisiana, and now possess contracts for a Southeast Asian farm and facility.




	Because of the tax credits currently available for biodiesel fuel production and the expected growth of the biodiesel industry, we plan to market our algal oil exclusively as a feedstock for biodiesel production. However, we believe that other uses are available for our algal oil product, to include biojet.




	The algal oil that will be produced at the facilities will be ideally suited for conversion to biodiesel. Our algal oil will be competitive with other biodiesel feedstocks, such as animal fat or vegetable oil, but is not tied to the edible oils market, creating an attractive alternative feedstock for biodiesel production facilities.
